We offer 3 Programs!

All Olympic events and trampoline are taught to male & female gymnasts.

Tumbling/Trampoline
We offer a specialized program to teach aerial awareness to athletes specializing in tumbling and trampoline.

Cheerleading Gymnastics
A unique program that utilizes tumbling and trampoline to teach acrobatic skills required by today’s cheerleaders.

Instruction for Every Level
Campers’ skills are evaluated upon arrival at Woodward so each gymnast can be placed in a class according to his or her skill level.

Beginners
Each week Woodward West is home to many beginner gymnasts. Our instructors teach skills progressing in difficulty on each Olympic event to ensure that campers are learning all necessary fundamentals before moving on to more advanced skills. When campers are ready to move to the next level, they will do so confidently and successfully.

High School Competitors
Many high school gymnasts specialize on one or two events. Our philosophy at Woodward West is to provide some exposure to all Olympic events during structured class time. An additional 4½ hours of open workout time is available every day for specialized training with an instructor.

Competitive Gymnasts
Competitive gymnasts are challenged within the limits of their individual ability. Emphasis is placed on skill development. Our staff members include college and private men's and women's coaches, judges (all levels), and collegiate and Olympic gymnasts—all of whom provide our competitive gymnastic campers with insight into their athletic development.
